Board of Zoning Appeals


The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears and decides cases for variance requests, appeals of administrative decisions and appeals of zoning map interpretations. The BZA meets on the first Monday of each month (as necessary) at the Leesburg Municipal Center, 25 W. Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176 at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers or the lower level. The BZA is a quasi-judicial body whose members are appointed by the Chief Judge of Loudoun County Circuit Court for five-year terms.
