The Leesburg Executive Airport has a variety of leased space opportunities for based aircraft.
Tie-Downs
The airport has 120 tie-down spaces on the north and south aprons. Tie-downs are $113 per month. Currently, a few spaces are available, but owners can also place their names on the wait list by submitting a completed Tie-Down Wait List Registration form to the Airport Administration office. There is a $113 deposit required for tie-down wait list registration.
T-Hangars
The airport has 46 T-hangars for lease. The monthly lease rates range from $453 to $550 per month, depending on the size of the hangar. There are currently no T-hangars available, but owners can place their names on the wait list by submitting a completed T-Hangar Wait List Registration form to the Airport Administration office. There is a $400 deposit required for T-hangar wait list registration.
Corporate Hangars
The airport has 11 corporate hangars for lease, currently, there is no vacancy. Corporate hangars are $1,800 to $2,150 per month, depending on size and amenities. Interested owners can submit a Corporate Hangar Lease Application to the Airport Administration office. There is a $400 deposit required at the time of lease application.
