The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears and decides cases for variance requests, appeals of administrative decisions, and appeals of zoning map interpretations. The BZA is a quasi-judicial body whose members are appointed by the Chief Judge of Loudoun County Circuit Court for 5-year terms.
As necessary, the BZA meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:30pm in Town Hall at 25 West Market Street. Meetings are held in the 2nd floor Council Chamber, and are open to the public as provided for in the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
