Since 2008, more than 2 million square feet of new commercial space, including office, retail and institutional, has been completed in the Town of Leesburg.

Under Development
Currently, over 1 million square feet of office, retail, commercial and institutional space and almost 1,000 new housing units are under development in the Town - either under construction, proposed as a by-right development project, or included in a zoning application.
