Changes to Local  Bus Service, Effective September 1, 2014

On September 1, 2014, MV Transportation will take over operation of the local bus service in the Town of Leesburg and eastern Loudoun County, as a contractor to Loudoun County.

The new buses and bus stops signs will display the LC Transit logo.

Leesburg will continue to be served by three routes and the free Safe-T-Ride, but all four routes have been modified significantly. Most existing bus stops will continue to be served, however, some stops will be served by the "7 to 7 on 7" route rather than one of the Leesburg routes. In addition, new service to the Paxton Campus and the Village at Leesburg is being added.
